Min's throw the words dumpling house into its name to pull the customers in and they may be known for their xiao long bao but the dumplings are a minuscule part of what they offer as a cursory glance through the menu will show.

This was my first time at this West Coast based chain that touts itself as healthier choice with rice and tofu heavily playing into the game.  Business wasn’t hopping here but it was steady.

Dog Haus - Corona, CA

Get it while you can as Lambda is a limited time offering. It wiener has a mild gamy lamb taste. The feta cheese offsets some of the gaminess. I like the Hawaiian bread grilled. I may have chosen the wrong selection as it is a decent hot dog but nothing spectacular. It fails to wow me as a top dog in the US. I prefer a good Chicago dog.  3 stars.

Despite it's size, it wasn't that easy to find, hidden in a corner among the assorted strip malls in the area. Maybe it was early in the evening and business would pick up later but I was the sole diner. I got the full attention of the hostess/assumed owner.
