For a big name BBQ joint, the traffic is light and the clientele look like low end Walmart shoppers. The well coiffed old hostess carries an air of class superiority and thinks the clientele too low class to step foot into this establishment. The waitress is aloof and mostly absent. Those with southern charm need not apply for a job here.
