Despite Universal City Walk having many tempting food choices, the decision was made the moment I spotted Tommy's old fashioned storefront. I had never been to a Tommy's, and I'm always eager for an untried burger.

With a naive semi-captive audience inside the Universal Studio theme park, Pink's can charge airport food prices. The interminable queue adds insult to injury.

Classic Combo.  The all beef wiener has a pleasing snap, unlike the cheap mush at ripoff hot dog stands.  The chili topping is moderately pleasant with a decent mouthfeel and the density provided for respectable filling meal.  The fries are also decent and provided carb filling bulk.  After eating, I felt less terrible about the price paid.
