Despite Universal City Walk having many tempting food choices, the decision was made the moment I spotted Tommy's old fashioned storefront. I had never been to a Tommy's, and I'm always eager for an untried burger.
Cheese Burger. All their burgers come with chili so they aren't called chili burgers. First visual impression: Poopy Diaper.
The bun was properly sized properly to hold all the guts. Toppings included chili, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard, and American cheese. The chili was better than the patty which is reportedly 100% beef steer meat. The patty was thick for a fast food burger but was cooked ahead and it had a dried out texture reminiscent of high school cafeteria issue. Price: Approx.$3.50? Very reasonable for a tourist trap. Rating: 7.9
