Schlotzsky's is a small player in the fast food world and a nice change of pace from the usual burgers. They use higher quality ingredients than the giants.
The Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich comprises "smoked turkey breast and bacon strips with melted cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses layered with lettuce, tomato, light mayonnaise and our signature dressing on toasted Sourdough bread." This is a tasty sandwich with a bit of tang that I could go for often.
The counter service on the other hand is apathetic monotone no smile employee "May I take you order?". This is surprising for Lincoln.
