It's easy to hear Hard Rock Cafe upon hearing Hard Dock Cafe. Which came first? No matter and Hard Rock will have no worries that the divey Hard Dock will take money away from Hard Rock.
Canjun Shrimp Throwdown comprises shrimp, kielbasa, new potatoes, rice, and corn. It's their signature dish and to call it a throwdown is apt as all the components appear haphazardly thrown onto the plate. It was a combination of uncomplimentary spicy Cajun and sweet flavors. The spiciness was a dominant taste sensation that felt as a means to an end. Contrast that to an almost cloying sweetness. It wasn't terrible but it failed in yin-yang balance.
