Located in the Food4Less Shopping Center among a sea of eateries battling for your dollars. Fuego gives it a valiant go but...
Half rotisserie chicken. Nice looking but Fuego needs to go back to the kitchen to fix the recipe and to watch the timing on the rotisserie. The chicken leaned light on flavor and spent too much time skewered in the heat. The dark meat was palatable but the breast was Thanksgiving turkey a week early. The salsa was insipid like under ripe tomatoes but provided needed moisture for the breast.The mac and cheese was a fail. The lowly rice was the most flavorful and best prepared item of the dinner.
The counter girl was sweet, pleasant, and helpful. If the food steps up to her level, Fuego will be a winner.
