I try to avoid LAX airport if at all possible. It's not so much the airport per se but that flying into LAX means I'll also have to navigate the road traffic and freeway. It's much easier to deal with traffic around John Wayne. On the other hand, the food options are limited here but then LAX for its size is severely lacking compared against other international airports.
Teriyaki Chicken. Raw vegetables? Seriously? Is Pei Wei even attempting to pass on their food with a hint of authenticity? Asians don’t eat raw cabbage in a meal that should come fully cooked. The chicken was on par for fast food but they need to get their act together and cook the vegetables.
Maybe I'll stop into another Pei Wei and if I do, I'll certainly avoid this entree.
