 Shrimp and Grits ($24?) comprises char grilled shrimp, Parmesan polenta, bacon, and basil pesto.  The Shrimp are highlighted by their placement on top and bigger than any shrimp and grits I've had down south.  And it's also better than most shrimp and grits I've had done south.  An expensive dish but a winner!
