Even though the sign says Szechwan which is hot and Hunan which is even hotter, the food is Americanized down for the Green Bay fans and players.  However reading their menu, a few entrees seem to be offered fiery hot.

Hot Pot Delight and Beef Hot Plate. The food arrived hot and quick but with disappointing portion size. Both entrees were American Chinese in flavor with similar if not identical brown sauces. The hot pot wasn't deeply infused with flavor as a hot pot should be.

The Singapore Style noodle with curried mei fun dish with chicken, beef, shrimp, and pork was my favorite dish of the three.  It didn't have wok hay flavor but it was tasty too little weak in the curry.

It food was as expected Americanized. If it was otherwise fully authentic, I would have been floored.
