I can't remember the last time I flew into Mitchell but it certainly has changed significantly. I had a connecting flight which required me to go to another concourse. At least I don't have to go through security or so I thought. Nope. You exit the concourse you arrive at and if your flight is at another concourse, you have to go through that security. Just hope that you have sufficient time between flights.
In the center connecting all the concourses are of shops and restaurants, mostly run of the mill. I stopped at Quizno's and had a BBQ pulled pork sub. The BBQ sauce is pedestrian but the pulled pork was unexpectedly good.
