Taco Bus is bus plus. The bus is in the back invisible from the street. The first time at O' dark hundred here is confusing with no bodies to be seen and with 4 spots to go. Most prominent are two buildings and then a backside trailer and the titular bus.

Do you stop in Quartzsite or Blythe for a bite? Quartzsite offers more options.  An option along the main drag is Times Three Family Restaurant if you like stepping back in time. It's old school with old decor, old school cooking, old staff, and old customers as in retired snow birds. It is a family style restaurant although I don't recall seeing any children.

Chicago's Best

I wasn't expecting much walking into this former Pizza Hut.  Then I see the butcher block that's worn deep as a pothole and I'm thinking this might be OK.
