CLOSED 09/26/2010.
It served the same creation as the original Minneapolis restaurant but later changed venue and name to Hell Burgers and closed soon afterwards.

This Hell's Kitchen restaurant has no association with Gordon Ramsey and existed well before Gordon Ramsey became a household name. You might say Ramsey was the copycat.
Huevos Rancheros ($9.95) comprised tortilla with hash browns, black beans, scrambled eggs, 3 cheese topping, sour cream and salsa. The monster serving could have easily fed two. The tortilla was crispy and the standout component. The cool sour cream nicely offset the searing hot cheese. The hash brown sandwiched between the cheese and black bean topping provided a textural compliment to the cheese and the tortilla.
Mahnomin Porridge ($3.75) comprised wild rice, roasted hazelnuts, dried blueberries, sweetened cranberries, heavy cream, and maple syrup. This is their most popular item. It was a mix of many textural sensations rather than a treat for the taste buds, rich and nutty but bland. The first few bites reminded me of cranberry and nut cereal. There was also a familiar taste I couldn't pinpoint until halfway through it dawned on me that it tasted like sunflower seeds. The porridge was the offering I most anticipated and it fell short.
