I walked in with the thought that Jim's is a counter service maybe fast casual small to medium sized establishment. Instead, it's sized about the same as Appleby's.
The waiter tells me they do Alabama style BBQ. I've had Gibson's in Georgia so my mind automatic synchronizes with that style, right or wrong.

Cajun Turkey Avocado is their Number 1 best seller. I ordered it in part because of that but mostly because I was looking for a healthier option. Health aside, I would have chosen the Bronx Bomber.

Rubio's touts itself as a healthier alternative in the fast casual food scene. There offerings are healthier in escaping the fat trap but lack of fat has to be made up by increased sodium. That's my belief.

Big Smoke Burger #1014 - Glendale, CO
Big Smoke Burger has the look and feel of a chain but I wasn't sure until I researched after eating here. I found the poutine offering unusual but that was all explained when the website states Big Smoke is a Canadian based chain. And so far, Denver has the only US based location. That explains the unfamiliarity.
