Egg White Flatbread. Bland but nicely textured. The flatbread seemed to extract all the sense of taste and flavor. Did I say bland? Despite even having cheese, it tasted flat. Flat as in thin and flat as in bland. On the positive side or at least I would like to think so, it was probably lower sodium. Right. Wishful thinking.
