What makes PF Chang's successful? I look over the menu of American Chinese options and Chang's offers basically the same options as thousands of American Chinese restaurant dotting the US. The one notable difference is Chang's charges about twice what the competition charges for the same entree.  Marketing genius. In the public's mind, more expensive equates to better quality resulting in higher demand.

Potbelly makes fresh sandwiches that need to be eaten immediately. Wrap it to go and the bread transmogrifies into a soggy unappealing pile of bread, veggies, and deli meats.  That's what I discovered eating half immediately and the remaining half before boarding.

This one is busy with travelers.  

Three Piece Spicy Chicken Meal.  It is spot on what I have come to expect of Popeyes except that one of the pieces had some killer heat. The Rice and Beans side appears to be more refried beans but the taste is Cajun.

The attitude?  The owner doesn't care as long as the money keeps coming in.

I remembered a restaurant named "Mediterranean Grill" with a different front. Was this Mediterranean Grill remodeled and renamed or was this an altogether new restaurant? I ran through the menu board at the entrance and remember seeing the same font but not seeing lamb offered. And then I saw the Lamb Burger entry, the hook.

After walking the mile of Terminal A in search of something that would pop out, I circled back here. I didn't stop in initially as after reading the menu, the offerings seemed Americanized Mediterranean. When the menu lists gyros and schawarma but only with chicken or beef and not lamb, it leaves me lukewarm.

Fuddruckers located in Terminal B with a limited restaurant selection was an easy choice as it had been over a decade since I had a Fuddruckers burger.

Abbreviated layover time precluded a sit down meal so I stopped at Charley's for a Philadelphia Cheesesteak sandwich. It was made to order and better than anticipated but the call of the jet required wolfing it down. As much as I hate to admit it, Charleys Philly pleased my palate more than the self proclaimed king Pat's King of Steak.

Asian customers packed in imparted a belief of turnover and confidence to order raw. I settled on the Great Lake Roll ($18.00) comprising of tuna (raw), white tuna (raw), salmon (raw), cucumber, green bean, avocado, cucumber, topped with masago.
