Potbelly makes fresh sandwiches that need to be eaten immediately. Wrap it to go and the bread transmogrifies into a soggy unappealing pile of bread, veggies, and deli meats. That's what I discovered eating half immediately and the remaining half before boarding.
Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. I load up on lettuce, tomatoes, and spicy peppers for a mouth punching, gut slamming, eye opening tasty breakfast. This is a good moment. Crunchy roll, contrasting cool vegetables, hearty ham, soft eggs, and a snappy spicy kick. This Potbelly goes down adding girth to my potbelly.
The order taker/assembler manning the station this morning has a cheery disposition which makes a stop here all that much better.
