Do travelers dine here because of the Wolfgang name, because of the food quality, or because it's simply a place to park the butt for some food? Whichever it is, this place was packed with all seats taken and any empty seats immediately glommed.
Margherita. It's the acid test. It consists of simple ingredients tomato, cheese, basil, and the crust. The pizza can't hide behind a myriad of toppings but has to rely on the crust. How was the crust? It was soggy in the middle and crispy on the edges. Except for the sogginess, it was a scorching hot, plain, simple but good pizza that I could bite into any day. Wolfgang does well but not to his uber celebrity status.
