Short Rib Taco with cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, cucumber spears, bean sprouts, and cilantro in a soft corn tortilla. Wow. This far exceeded expectation, probably better than 95% of the Mexican tacos I've had. Super fresh, soft, tender, and a mix of Mexican and Asian flavors. 4 stars.
