It's fortunate that I had been to another Five Guys before because if this Five Guys was the first one, it would have also been the last one. A burger at its core is the meat and the bun. The meat lacks discernible seasonings other than from the grilling. No salt, no pepper, nothing. The patty crumbled with every bite, like a loose meat sandwich. No thanks if this is typical.
