Chorizo, Egg, and Cheese Burrito. The cashier provides a pager when your order isn't typical except the Chorizo Burrito is their current feature breakfast item. So how did my order get lost and I was never paged? Customers after me received their orders and walked away. One customer took 3 minutes to put in his order due to a language barrier yet his order was prepared and he was on his merry way in another 5. At the 15 minute mark, I went to the cashier and asked what happened to my order. Within 3 minutes, I had my order with a free cookie as a consolation.
The Burrito was serviceable but wasn't worth the 15 minute wait. Carl's Jr should have a policy that if the order isn't ready in 8 minutes, it should be free, especially in an airport.
