Fish at airport eateries can be a risky proposition unless the restaurant specializes in seafood such as Anthony's at Seattle Tacoma or Legal Seafood at Logan. How long has the fish been around? Why did I order fish? Neuron's failed to click.

Grill Tuna Sandwich. The whole tuna fillet, not flaked, was better than expected for an airport restaurant. Actually tuna fillet served in an airport restaurant was unexpected. Granted, it wasn't outstanding but it was good for airport food. The tuna was well done yet acceptably moist, aided immensely by the lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, and tartar sauce. The tuna had intense grilled flavor. Ciabatta always makes a sandwich better and it added a nice crunch to the soft tuna. Hats off the the cook.
