I initially stop in on the dine-in side but depart when a customer sitting at a table speaks up and said she had been waiting 10 minutes for someone to take her order.  I leave and go to the Express side.

Terminal 3 has limited food options and once beyond security the options run scarcer. Wendy's was a fast and comparatively low cost breakfast.

I asked for the Information desk attendant for recommendations and was told Dick Clark's but the breakfast menu wasn't that appealing so the I chose Paradise which I anticipated to be faster and cheaper.

Oxaca Mexican Food is adjacent to Paradise Bakery and Cafe and it wasn't packing them in like Paradise was. What do the frequent fliers know?
