Norteno Chili Verde Tamale
Typical middle of the road tamale. The masa is a little more mushy and rice like in texture. The pork is seasoned well but stingy in portion. This falls short of the ideal meat to masa ratio for me. The rice and black beans are decent as supporting cast.
Tamale Boy has a good street reputation but this airport outpost puts out underwhelming preparations.
