Beef and Pork Khinkali Dumplings comprises the meat, broth, and protein. These are a combination of xia long bao in appearance and concept and pierogi in taste. The meat has a smooth to rough texture with plenty of caraway taste. The skin is thick and chewy like al dente fettuccine. The fluted tops of the dumplings are dense with undercooked and still starchy skin.
