What's the difference between gyoza and potstickers? At first glance, both appear indistinguishable.
Give me both in a blind taste test and I will tell you they are the same although recipes may differ. These gyozas tasted as their Chinese counterparts. Typical with a looser bland meat and certainly much better than store bought frozens.
