Fujimatsu View lives up to its namesake of providing a spectacular when the clouds cooperate and part for a crystal clear view of Mt. Fuji. Alas the haze in combination withe cloud coverage to provide a silhouetted outline.
I hope the food is the equal of the view.

The restaurant must be under the notion that we are Buddhists. Vegetable protein and tofu. Where's even the chicken. For what it is, the food is satisfactory. I've had better Buddhist friendly dishes that knock it out of the ball park. This isn't up to that level. I got more value of the view than the food.
