CLOSED October(?) 2018
I know better but in my quest to dine nonrepeat, I order here. The pale chicken lacks any evidence seeing stir fry action in a high heat wok. Where's the glistening finish? The broccoli appears overcooked and mushy. The beef seems OK but it also lacks the finishing sheen. The green pepper is a overcooked drab olive instead of a bright brilliant green. I know how this will taste and yet I still order it.
Chicken and Broccoli. Pepper Steak. The food tastes as I anticipate. I hope it would taste better but it does not. It just is. I can't blame Wok & Roll, only myself because I know. The pale looking lo mein has better flavor than the other two items. I wonder if they picked up cooking lessons from my partner.
Here's an example where I can judge a book by its cover. I got this one out of my system to cover the entire MSP food scene. I'm not returning unless they changes cooks and can cook something that looks at least appealing if not necessarily taste better.
