In a small town I expected very little from Tokyo Asian Cuisine so I walked in with low expectations and walked out with a happy disposition.
Bento Box with Salmon Teriyaki. The salmon is cooked properly without being overcooked. The teriyaki is perfect not being overly sweet. The sushi used higher quality rice or maybe more correctly properly executed preparation than typical. The stir fry vegetables is also cooked to perfection between soft and crisp.
