What: Pork Chop Bun
Pork Chop Bun. For my palate, it was an average pork chop that I could have made at home. Moderately seasoned, moderately moist, and moderately tender. I'm not sure if the pineapple bun hurt or helped the sandwich in this case.

Bottom Line: Hype. It didn't do for me as it did Bourdain.
