The steamed milk phenomenon started here with Yee Shun Milk company and then made its way to Hong Kong. It's somewhat of an acquired taste, one of those things you learn to like.
Double Layer or Double Skin Steam Milk. It seems Asians don't like cold foods or drinks so the chill on this was so welcome on this sweltering day. Cold, smooth, and creamy worked today.
