Sahib Jee has a non-optimal
seating arrangement that rears its ugly face during the winter. What
it's missing is a vestibule. The poor souls unfortunately seated at
tables near the entrance receive a blast of frigid air that chills the
body and flash freezes your food. It's OK if you're Frosty the Snowman.
Chicken Karahi. So I'm still trying to keep the names of Indian food straight. Chicken karahi is a famous popular North Indian spicy dish although this is the first time I think I took notice of the word karahi, which is the wok the chicken is cooked in.
I asked for mild and that is plenty heat for me. Yes, it is spicy. Tender chunks of chicken fill the moderate sized bowl and warm my soul and heart. This is great comfort food. The onions and peppers could have used a few more minutes cook time. This dish taste like it is made with love and care.
