The middle of the mall parking lot location gives it less visibility than the surrounding restaurants vying for your money. But I daresay, it is the best restaurant in this cluster.

The Twin Valley with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and a creamy horseradish sauce.  The burger rates a solid 8 and fell short of rating higher as it lacked magic.  Horseradish is welcome on foods as prime rib but the burger was too dainty to handle the sting of horseradish.

I don't recall the name of this sweet perfection but it was a nice way to cap off the evening.

Buffalo Billy chicken salad: Crispy fried chicken drenched in Three Pepper Sauce, served over crisp salad greens, corn, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, and buttermilk peppercorn ranch dressing, served on the side.  The spicy heat on the greens the sweat rolling. The chicken was awesome - crisp, sweet, savory.

Blackened Salmon Salad. More salmon and less greens would have made for a more balanced meat eater salad.
