I can't think of a witty "slow as ___" joke to insert here but none would be appropriate. The glacial paced lady/owner sweeter than molasses will tell you upfront to reconsider if you're in a hurry because she is slower than molasses.
The Dagwood Roast Beef above is only half the sandwich. The other half I had wrapped for takeout. It was a comfortable delicious homemade sandwich made with love, care, and precision as a grandmother would make for a grandchild. It wasn't transcendent yet it was special. Divine Mocha will never be part of the hot Portland sandwich landscape, but it deserves a shout out.
