Ribs. These were the best smoke flavored ribs I've had to date. They were almost fall off the bone tender. Alas, they were also lukewarm and slightly overdry and chewy being picked up late afternoon. Despite the shortcomings, they overall were still the best ribs I've had bettering renown Pappy's Smokehouse and Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que.

Pulled Pork. I haven't been a fan of American BBQ pulled pork but Dem 2 has truly converted me. Despite the late afternoon and being lukewarm, the pulled pork was moist, tender, flavorful, smokey. It was the way I envisioned pulled pork could be and Dem 2 fulfilled my vision. I can only imagine how it would have been hot off the smoker. The only other BBQ joint I've encountered coming close to Dem's pulled pork is Brick Street BBQ Corsicana, TX.

The potato salad was done right and the sweet potato casserole was like no other sweet potato I've had. It also made me a fan of sweet potato.
