Ribs. These were the best smoke flavored ribs I've had to date. They were almost fall off the bone tender. Alas, they were also lukewarm and slightly overdry and chewy being picked up late afternoon. Despite the shortcomings, they overall were still the best ribs I've had bettering renown Pappy's Smokehouse and Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que.
