I wish I had Native American blood so I could open a casino for foolish old white men and blue hair women who willingly part with their hard earned money for the opportunity of a not going to happen big payday. Manhattan revenge!

To get from the casino entry to the buffet entry, you have to walk through an ashtray.

Country Fried Steak - the gravy had a weird unexpected ginger like taste but the CFS had promise. Corn beef hash tart tasted tart. Scrabbled eggs stood fluffy. Wedges balanced between crunchy and soft. Potato cakes fell flat.

So I got another CFS sans gravy decent made by Yankees. The omelette made fresh to order was one of the best ones I have had in  a long time but the cook making the omelette drops the fake friendliness if he perceives you won't tip him.

The lunch buffet is also traditional and conservative.

The ribs tasted boiled ribs with BBQ sauce slathered on just before being put into the serving trays.

The stuffed pepper had more infused flavor than much of the other food. It tasted as if made with a small dose of care.  Midwesterners have been brainwashed to believe this is crab.

The food selection is geared toward the primary clientele of old unadventurous conservative Midwesterners whose staples are meat and potatoes.  The food is unquestionably higher quality than Old Country Buffet and the ilk but unfortunately less flavorful.

How's service?  It's almost retired seniors serving retired seniors. They are not moving quick nor do they have the motivation to do so.
