This was my third stop inside a Famous Dave's yet I've had Famous Dave's catered in countless times. I view Famous Dave's as the McDonald's of BBQ restaurants. Capable but hardly drool-worthy BBQ. The Burnt Ends Sandwich is acceptable but doesn't elicit "mmms" or "aahs". Mass produced without the love of a passionate pitmaster.
