Cousin's BBQ - Dallas Forth Worth International Airport DFW Terminal B

CLOSED.  The location pictured at Terminal B, Gate 47 has shut down. Cousin's has two locations in Terminal B near Gate 12 and Gate 43.

This outpost neither prepares nor cooks anything but serves only as a dispensary of BBQ medicine kept warm.

The price isn't expensive for an airport but is jacked up from street prices.  The Chopped Brisket Sandwich is one of the limited options offered.  After payment is completed, the cashier slips around the partition to retrieve a wrapped sandwich from a heating cabinet. The brisket is warm and surprisingly moist and tender.  It's also unexpectedly good, flavorful, and mildly smoky considering the setup.

As an airport restaurant, I'd stop in again.  If this were on the street, I would continue walking.
