Canton House is run by a former Hong Kong chef. On the wall hangs a large photo of the chef with Martin Yan. Look at this. How beautiful.
Black Peppercorn Pig Stomach. Truly offal and truly delicious. Soft, tender, smooth, and peppery. Pass the Lipitor please.
Beef Tripe with Ginger and Onion. Soft, spicy, flavorful. Rice in Lotus Leaf. This one needs to go back to the drawing board. Stingy, lacking meats and other filling goodies, bland.
Canton House serves good dim sum for Omaha, some even better than the low end dim sum in Toronto but Canton House in its present game would have difficulty surviving the competition in Toronto.
