German Bakery caught my eye while I was on a restaurant run. Behind the display cases were varieties of baked goods with names totally foreign to me. Prices ranged from low to high with a right lean.
Baerentatze. After eyeing the display case for minutes letting other customers go ahead of me and pissing of the girl behind the counter with my indecisiveness, I finally settled on this. Yes, all that time for a 75 cent cookie. How was it? It reminded me of the Danish cookies in Christmas tins, an a basic slightly buttery cookie.
