Bombas comprised spicy beef and potato croquetas with brava sauce, and milk-alioli beautifully plated, apparent even in the dimly illuminated room. The bomba was mildly spicy, like a timid knock on the door. The milk alioli provided a savory smooth and soothing component to the temperature hot crispy potato exterior. The fried potato ball texture and crunch in conjunction with the beef filling was reminiscent of Chinese fried dumpling. Overall a very comforting and well executed tasty dish but on the pricey side. 3.5 stars.
