Rockfish Taco. I haven't been enamored with fish tacos, with great ones being the exception rather than the rule. The Rockfish taco here was better than what I typically have had. The toppings such as the red cabbage, mango, and kiwi and the salsa and the freshness of all the ingredients made this a better than average taco. The letdown comparatively speaking was the Rockfish. It wasn't bad by any means. It was properly cooked, smooth, and flaky. The problem was that the Rockfish itself wasn't seasoned or if it was seasoned, it was minimal. The toppings and sauce provided the flavors and the salsa provided the kick.
