Rogue Ales Public House - Portland International Airport PDX

CLOSED March(?) 2018

Rogue Ales packs in the flyers, whether it was because it is one of limited number of eateries at PDX or because it's a stop for craft beer.

Kobe Cheeseburger. Proper bun to meat ratio. The Oregon Bleu cheese dominated. I didn't ask for it to prepared any particular way so it arrived well done. The texture was a little softer, a little grainier. In a blind taste test, I don't think I would have been able to discern it was Kobe. Of course it's faux Kobe because it's almost impossible to get the real stuff outside Japan. Price: $13.50. Rating: 8.7. The burger didn't distinguish itself. Bland. Don't fall for the Kobe ploy. You're not getting the real stuff.

Service was a bit slow. No customer loyalty. Like snakes after mating.
