La Rica Salsa was a relative new comer to the cutthroat restaurant business and alas it didn't keep its doors open long. They were open long hours but it wasn't the easiest restaurant to find, situated in strip mall kitty corner from Walmart. Lack of visibility and advertising surely contributed to its closing.
Pupusa Chicharron Con Loroco with pork, cheese, and loroco. It was made to order and slow in coming. It arrived scorching hot. Crisp exterior and soft inside. The stuffing was a little less flavorful and seasoned than anticipated. The stuffing was also stingy. In retrospect, all pupusas I've had previously before had beans and I should have ordered it so. The loroco a new ingredient to me if present failed to provide any distinctive taste. The curtido was a welcome tart topping. Overall very decent.
