Whole Roasted Trout, charred leeks, and spring salad could be classified quintessential Ned Ludd. The trout had nice crispy skin where it hadn't softened from contact with the salad dressing. The trout had minimal seasoning. The bones had been removed so the whole fish could be and was consumed whole minus the collar. I could have done without the stuffed leeks. The salad dressing's tartness dominated the salad and fish and detracted rather than enhance the trout. Execution didn't justify a $21 price tag.  3 stars.
