Kelaguen Mannok comprises cold grilled chicken, onions, grated coconut, chili peppers, and lemon. I anticipated an intensely flavorful dish but the output was mild except for its spiciness. The moderate heat dominated followed by lemon zest. The coconut was subtle at best and the soy even more so. The grilled flavor got lost in the heat. Overall it had a nice clean light flavor, perfect summer fare. 3 stars.
