Lemonade is one of the limited but better options available at LAX.
Red Miso Braised Short Ribs is one of many braised selections. Many of them sounded tasty but this is the one that won me over. Short ribs? Any time. The ribs were moist, tender, and meaty. The ribs were on the slightly salty side although it would have been perfect with some starch. The flavor reminded me somewhat of mild fermented black bean. The downside: Small portions and high costs.
