The lounge brings to mind the term lizard lounge. It brings to mind the 60's with its crescent shaped seating booths and vinyl backed seating. Yup, the decor is stuck in the 60's.
The waitress took our order and walked it over to the diner where it was prepared. The food preparations are also stuck in the 60's but the prices are 21st century. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes looking like a regurgitated mess. It was OK and the steak sufficiently tender but it was not worth the asking price.
2/2/15, 12:14 PM. Courtesy Coffee Shop is split into two sections. The most visible section is the diner. The back side is a dinner lounge. Both are stuck in 60's. This time we ate in the diner.
Tri Tip with eggs and hash browns at the dinner. Boring standard quick order diner food.
