Oyster Shooter. It was as expected given the components but the oyster was "Where's the Beef?" small. Salty, sweet, tangy, and lemony.Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo. Thick, earthy thyme, salty, with a moderate spicy kick. Decent but ordinary. 3 stars.
